Rates:

Occasional Rentals

  • $80 per 3 hours session in the Saloon or the Stable room,  ($25 each additional hour)  ​

  • $90 per 3 hours session in the Hall or Barn ( $30 each additional hour)

Monthly Packages

  • $250 for one session per week during  a calendar month in the Saloon or the Stable room

  • $270 for one session per  week in a calendar month in the Hall or Barn room

  • All sessions and any changes to the schedule must be within one calendar month based on availability, One session is 3 hours long.

Cancellation

  • All cancellations must be made at least 48hrs written notice for full refund.

  • An alternative time can be requested based on availability for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.
